TAPS ParaMag

A few days ago I received a proof copy of the article I mentioned I'd written (below) for a popular American paranormal magazine, so I can now let readers know which magazine it is.  The magazine is none other than * TAPS ParaMag (the spin-off magazine from TV's popular Ghost Hunters show). I was invited to write the article on the subject of Pathological Skepticism for this high-quality American magazine by its editor, Scotty Roberts, after he read what I had to say on this subject here on my website. Other contributors include the outstanding medium Chip Coffey - star of the TV show called Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal, and retired Major George Filer, director of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network). The article is due for publication in an up-and-coming issue.

Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining

Regular visitors to this website will know that recently I was the victim of an unprovoked attack, in the form of a poorly-written mocking article about me, contrived by an unnamed (cowardly?) contributor to one of the many professional skeptics' websites that exist.  Regular visitors will also know that I responded to the unknown writer's derisory comments and the subject of professional, closed-minded skepticism with an article of my own.  Well, as a direct result of reading my response, the editor of a prominent, very popular, American paranormal magazine contacted me to ask me to write an article for the acclaimed magazine - and potentially to appear on a related radio show to discuss my work. So, out of something negative, something positive has come... and as a result, I'll be able to share insights with more people. I am very grateful indeed for this kind offer.  I'll post more details here, once I know the publication date of the article.

Dr Brian Weiss - Many Lives, Many Masters

Yesterday (12/06/10) I enjoyed a wonderful day's past life regression seminar in London led by Dr Brian Weiss, author of (amongst other things, Many Lives, Many Masters).  Well worth attending.  Some of the evidence that can come through during past life regressions is astounding.  My mother also did a very successful psychic reading for someone else on the course while we were there!

Yesterday evening (24/04/10) my wife Gill and I visited Charminster Spiritualist Church in Bournemouth to see medium Chris Seer at work. Neither of us have seen Chris before and we only go to local spiritualist churches once in a while, usually with a few years passing between visits - so we weren't known to the people running the service either. Towards the end of Chris's hour at the platform he told me that he had a quick message that Spirit wanted him to pass to me and he then proceeded to say, amongst other things, that Spirit was telling him that I'm 'very psychic' and he rightly sensed that I'm planning on doing 'platform work' (giving psychic readings before large groups of people), but, that I need to 'find my own way', which was also accurate, because I've been considering whether to do this (platform work) either through a local spiritualist church or by going ahead and hiring a hall myself and doing things this way (which is the direction that I've been leaning to - and which it seems Spirit wanted to confirm through Chris). This follows on from my last visit to a demonstration of mediumship a few weeks ago - which you can read about directly below...

TV medium TJ Higgs highlights my psychic mediumship ability

Yesterday evening (26/02/10) I went to see television medium Tracy (TJ) Higgs live at The Marriott Hotel Bournemouth. She was totally outstanding. Amazingly accurate, caring, sincere... and she has a great sense of humour too! What's more - my mum, sister and I had a live reading with Tracy during the show, which was very comforting and insightful. Plus... one of my relatives on the Otherside told Tracy I was a medium too during the reading - and on the strength of this message from the Beyond Tracy very kindly invited me to join her at the front of the hall to do some live mediumship!! ! (I didn't take her up on the offer, but I did get to meet her afterwards and she gave me some great advice.)
